Who Faints At An Eye Exam?
Well, me i guess. Today I was getting an eye exam because I had tried my friend’s glasses and I could see a little bit clearer with them on. Anyway, the test was going pretty well. I had no problems—until we got to the eye pressure check.
The nurse or whatever she was told me to tilt my head back. I asked why and what she was doing. She said it was eye drops to numb my eyes for the test… Two drops and 15 seconds later I felt like I was going to throw up. I sat back in the chair, and I felt really bad. I asked the nurse if this feeling would go away, but I couldn’t hear her response because the ringing in my ears was too loud. Then I woke up to her asking if I was feeling better.
After that, I had a physical and a cardiogram. Everything looks good - knock on wood so we dont lose more dinosaurs.
